Terms of Service
1. The service
Botrader is simulation software (SaaS) that lets you try grid bot and signal bot strategies on real market prices, but with a virtual balance. Prices come from exchanges' public market data. Trades, fees and liquidations are virtual records calculated on our server; no real order, position or money movement is ever created on any exchange. Botrader never asks for your exchange API keys and has no access to any of your accounts.
2. Not investment advice
- The scanner, guides, alerts, analyses and strategy suggestions in Botrader are for information and education. They are not investment advice, portfolio management or a recommendation to buy or sell.
- Simulated results may not happen the same way in real markets: slippage, liquidity, order book depth, exchange outages and different fees change real outcomes.
- Past or simulated performance does not indicate future results. Crypto assets and leveraged derivatives carry the risk of losing all of your capital.
- If you make a real investment decision, that decision and its consequences are entirely yours.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- One account per person. The e-mail address you register with must be yours and correct.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and (if enabled) two-step verification codes secure. If you think your account was used without permission, change your password, sign out other sessions and let us know.
- You can delete your account permanently at any time under Account → Delete account. If you have an active card subscription you need to cancel it first; otherwise renewal charges would continue.
4. Plans, subscriptions and payment
- Trial: Every new account starts with a 6-day Paper trial. No card or payment details are required and nothing is charged. When the trial ends the account moves to the free, unlimited-time Free plan; bots above the plan limit are paused, not deleted.
- Paid plans: Trader, Pro Trader and Market Maker, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and what each plan includes are on our Pricing section. Prices are in US dollars (USD); the amount shown at checkout includes the taxes that apply in your country (VAT / sales tax).
- Subscription and renewal: Paying by card starts a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period you chose (month or year) and the same amount is charged to the same payment method. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time under Account → My plan → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your plan stays active until then, after which you move to the Free plan.
- Changing plans: When you switch to another plan, the time left on your previous plan is carried over to the new plan in proportion to the monthly prices.
- Price changes: If prices change, active subscribers are told by e-mail in advance; the new price applies from the next renewal. You can cancel before the renewal if you do not agree.
- Refunds: You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See our Refund Policy.
- Reseller: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your card details are entered on Paddle's secure checkout and never reach Botrader. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
5. Acceptable use
The following are not allowed and may lead to your account being suspended or deleted without notice:
- testing the security of the service without permission, probing for vulnerabilities or trying to access other users' data;
- trying to bypass rate limits, creating accounts in bulk with automated tools, or overloading the service;
- using the service for unlawful purposes, on behalf of someone else or under someone else's identity;
- copying and redistributing the service's content or data without permission, sharing your account with others or reselling it.

6. API keys, webhooks and Telegram
The API keys and webhook addresses Botrader gives you only control virtual bots inside Botrader. Keeping them secret is your responsibility. Your use of a connected Telegram bot and other external systems is subject to those services' own terms.
7. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may cause temporary outages. Virtual bots, settings and history may be lost; keep your own copy of anything important. Features may be improved or changed. If the service is permanently shut down, this will be announced at least 30 days in advance and the unused remaining time of paid plans will be refunded pro rata.
8. Limitation of liability
Botrader is a simulation tool. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the service, or from decisions you make on other platforms based on information shown by its tools. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Botrader in the previous 12 months. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by law are not affected.
9. Personal data
How we process your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Each update gets a new version number. Registered users are informed of material changes in the app or by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
